1. The guest of the hotel is obliged to present a document with a photo confirming their identity to the Reception staff upon check-in. In the event of refusal to present the document in a manner enabling check-in, the Receptionist is obliged to refuse to issue the room key
2. Starting the stay is tantamount to accepting these regulations by the Guest.
3. A room in the hotel is rented per day.
4. The hotel day lasts from 14.00 on the day of rental until 12.00 the next day. If the Guest does not specify the duration of stay while renting the room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
5. Settlement of the total costs of the stay takes place on the day of the start of the stay, at check-in. During the check-in, the Hotel will pre-authorize the Guest's payment card or charge a cash deposit of 200 PLN against any expenses related to the stay.
6. The request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported by the Guest at the Reception by 9.00 on the day on which the lease of the room expires. The hotel will take into account the request to extend the stay as far as possible.
7. Staying in the room or leaving things outside 12.00 is considered an extension of stay. In the event that the Guest leaves the room after 12.00 - the computer program of the Reception will charge a fee for the next night of renting the room at full prices.
8. The renting guest of the hotel may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the day for which he paid the fee has not expired.
9. Unchecked persons can stay in the hotel room from 7.00 to 22.00.
10. Staying persons not registered in the Guest's hotel room after 22.00 is tantamount to agreeing by the Guest to add these people to the room for a fee. Accommodation of each person will take place according to the current price of the extra bed for an adult, from the price list available at the hotel reception.
11. Children under 13 years of age must be under the constant care and supervision of adults throughout their stay at the hotel. Children's legal guardians, including damage and/or damage caused, are the responsibility of the children's legal guardians.
12. The hotel is completely non-smoking.
13. Breaking the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in the hotel room is tantamount to agreeing to cover the costs of dearomatization of the room in the amount of PLN 500 per day.
14. The hotel is obliged to keep the night quiet from 22.00 to 6.00 the next day.
15. During the night's silence, guests and people using the hotel's services are obliged to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of stay of others.
16. The Guest bears full material and legal liability for any damage or destruction of objects of equipment and equipment of the hotel arising out of the fault of him or the guests visiting him.
17. For reasons of fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, irons and other electrical appliances in hotel rooms and other premises, which are not the equipment of these rooms. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.
18. The guest, leaving the room each time, should make sure that the door is closed.
19. The liability of the hotel for loss or damage of items brought by the Guest to the hotel is governed by the provisions of Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. The liability of the hotel is subject to limitation if these items are not submitted to the reception deposit. The hotel has the right to refuse to accept money, securities and valuable items, in particular valuables and objects of scientific or artistic value, if they threaten security or have too much value in relation to the size or standard of the hotel or take up too much space.
20. The hotel provides services according to its standard. In case of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them to the Reception without delay, which will enable a reaction.
21. Items of personal use left in the room by the departing Guest will be sent back at his expense to the address indicated by him. In the event of not receiving such a disposition, the hotel will store these items for 3 months and then donate them to charity or public use.
22. In case of violation of the provisions of these regulations, the hotel may refuse to provide further services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the hotel staff, pay for existing benefits and to pay for possible damage and damage and leave the hotel premises.
23. The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, aggressively or otherwise behaving that violates the dignity and peace of the hotel staff, Hotel Guests or other persons staying in the hotel.
24. The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who during a previous stay grossly violated the regulations, causing damage to the property of the hotel or guests, hotel employees or other persons staying in the hotel, or otherwise disturbed the peace of the hotel
