Dishes are packaged in disposable dishes. Hot dishes are packaged in bulk or 1-portion, cold snacks are laid out on disposable dishes for direct insertion on the table.

Hot dishes can be prepared to reheat or hot.

As part of the order confirmation, we accept a deposit of 50% of the order value paid by cash or card at the Hotel Reception or by transfer to the account provided on the Hotel website — PKO BP I Oddział Białystok:

In case of cancellation of the order, the deposit will not be refundable.

Delivery of the order is additionally paid and priced individually depending on the destination of delivery.

Personal pickup is free of charge directly at the hotel restaurant. Pick-up hours are determined individually immediately after placing the order.

We can provide the service at the company's premises or at the customer's home. We treat each order individually and adapt it to the needs of the ordering party. We offer comprehensive catering services: delicious dishes of our Chef — Anna Klajmon, transport, equipment (tables, chairs, tablecloths, warns, coffee machines), tableware, decorations and waiter service.

Individual items are valued individually depending on the size of the event, the number of guests and the destination of delivery.
