We serve modern comfort food inspired by the flavors of home and built on high-quality ingredients. The concept is crafted by Head Chef Ania Klajmon, and every dish is prepared from scratch — from our own pastas and cured meats to signature preserves.
We cook with local lamb and specialty products sourced from small Sicilian producers. Complementing the menu are our handcrafted cocktails and a relaxed, urban atmosphere perfect for any occasion — from lunch breaks to long, cozy evenings.

In our menu you will find classics, among which tartare and pork loin reign, as well as regional Podlaskie specialties full of local character. In addition, we add items for all occasions, such as breezol, creating a set of dishes that combine tradition with the daily pleasure of eating.

Breakfast served in the Cristal Restaurant takes the form of a rich Swedish buffet, which delights guests with a wide selection of fresh products and regional dishes. In addition, a unique convenience is the possibility of ordering hot dishes, such as omelets or scrambled eggs, prepared on request by the cook.
- Weekdays (Monday - Friday): from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- On weekends (Saturday - Sunday): from 6:30 to 11:00
