The stay was very enjoyable. The rooms and common areas were clean, well kept, and regularly cleaned, which is especially important for people sensitive to dust. Special recognition goes to the manager, Ms. Anna, who is exceptionally kind, engaged, and helpful. Calm, comfortable, and very pleasant. A big advantage is the location, which makes it easy to reach many places in Białystok. I definitely recommend it and would be happy to return!

Great location, delicious breakfasts, clean room that looked exactly like the photos when booking. The wellness and fitness area allows you to relax after a trip or a long day of sightseeing. I also heartily recommend using the services of massage parlors, it brings relaxation and great relief to aching muscles;) I would choose this object again without hesitation.

The location in the very center of the city is an additional asset, close to everywhere. I definitely recommend both for a business trip and a weekend rest. I will definitely be back!

Staying at Hotel Cristal was pure pleasure from the beginning. Both reception and restaurant service at the highest level. Rooms clean, clear everything flawlessly. Wellness and spa area wonderful, you can choose from dry and wet sauna, salt cave, gym and jacuzzi. Another advantage, very important for me when it comes to the place where I should live/rest is OUTSTANDING gastronomy. Diverse and rich breakfasts, full of regional cheeses but also classic breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, cereals or pancakes. Dinners personally I think surpass the standard of four stars. To feel that people with passion and great culinary talent are behind it!

Sensational hotel. Best in Bialystok. Highly recommend. Snifty service. The hotel has a spa area with saunas and jaccuzi and a fitness room with areobas. Very good breakfasts, a large selection of products, high quality, scrambled eggs made to order from ingredients selected by the hotel guest. The excellent restaurant serves delicious dishes. I recommend canker soup. The only small minus is the poorly delivered rooms facing the street. At night, despite the closed windows, everything is heard on the street. Besides, OK. I recommend.

Great place to stay. Room was very large and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking spaces at the rear are so convenient. The jacuzzi and sauna were so relaxing. Centrally located so short walking distance to shops and bars.

Parking is additionally paid, but this is not a problem at the weekend, because there are quite a few free city places. The spa area is a little small for this number of guests.
