What deserves special recognition is the fact that, at my request, the staff prepared a takeaway breakfast for me today (due to a very early departure). I expected maybe a couple of sandwiches and a yogurt, but I received a generous meal — and everything was truly delicious. In short, a high standard in every sense, not just in name. :)

The rooms are furnished to a high standard and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're relaxing, spending time with family or friends, or staying overnight with children. Lots of fun, a pleasant atmosphere, and plenty of additional attractions such as a sauna and gym — something enjoyable for everyone. There are also many activities in the surrounding area, so children won’t get bored. You can freely choose the room configuration that best suits your needs.

Special recognition goes to the manager, Ms. Anna, who is exceptionally kind, engaged, and helpful. Calm, comfortable, and very pleasant. A big advantage is the location, which makes it easy to reach many places in Białystok. I definitely recommend it and would be happy to return!

Very good breakfasts, a large selection of products, high quality, scrambled eggs made to order from ingredients selected by the hotel guest. The excellent restaurant serves delicious dishes. I recommend canker soup. The only small minus is the poorly delivered rooms facing the street. At night, despite the closed windows, everything is heard on the street. Besides, OK. I recommend.

My weekend at Hotel Cristal in Bialystok was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment of arrival, I felt special — the reception greeted me with a warm smile and efficiently carried out all the formalities.

The room was spacious, elegant and incredibly comfortable — perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. A great pleasure was the welcome in the form of chilled prosecco and fresh fruit, which immediately added a special charm to the whole stay.

The hotel service deserves the highest recognition — always helpful, attentive and attentive to every detail. The restaurant serves delicious, fresh dishes, and the buffet breakfasts were a real treat for the palate. The Wellness & Fitness zone is a real paradise for relaxation — the sauna, jacuzzi and salt cave allowed me to fully relax my body and mind.

You can see that the chef takes care of every detail, and the guest can feel taken care of. I also recommend taking advantage of the spa and massage offer, because the masseur is very professional and the service is made at the highest level. A place worth visiting for both tourists and locals.

Breakfasts very good, available up to 11 so cool for those who like to sleep. Rooms large and well equipped. A bit noisy indeed, but that's the cost of a great location. Parking is additionally paid, but this is not a problem at the weekend, because there are quite a few free city places. The spa area is a little small for this number of guests.

Great place to stay. Room was very large and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking spaces at the rear are so convenient. The jacuzzi and sauna were so relaxing. Centrally located so short walking distance to shops and bars.

Another advantage, very important for me when it comes to the place where I should live/rest is OUTSTANDING gastronomy. Diverse and rich breakfasts, full of regional cheeses but also classic breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, cereals or pancakes. Dinners personally I think surpass the standard of four stars. To feel that people with passion and great culinary talent are behind it!
